As a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), Redeemer confesses with the historic Christian Church that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, the Savior who was crucified and raised again for the salvation of sinners. The LCMS teaches that Jesus is true God and true man in one person, and that through faith in Him we receive forgiveness, life, and salvation. This Gospel is the heart of our life together. We believe that sinners are justified by grace through faith for Christ’s sake, and that the Lord continues to serve His people through the preaching of His Word and the administration of His Sacraments.

Redeemer Lutheran Church in Burlington, NC is a confessional Lutheran congregation. That means we gladly confess the faith taught in Holy Scripture and set forth in the Lutheran Confessions collected in the Book of Concord.
